Overlooking two 36-hole championship-level golf courses, the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California, invites guests to unwind, recharge and immerse themselves in the relaxing La Costa lifestyle. Thanks to its beautiful setting and climate, the resort hosts social gatherings, weddings and other events outdoors year-round. To fully optimize the resort’s outdoor space, Sightline Commercial Solutions engineered a custom pool cover using acrylic platforms and SC9600 bridge supports to create additional surface area. The system is especially stunning in the evening, when integrated LED lighting illuminates the transparent platforms for a memorable, dramatic effect. Glass railings installed around the pool’s perimeter enhance safety while providing unobstructed sightlines of the world-class golf courses.
