Situated adjacent to Lexington Medical Center, this five-story, 175,400-square-foot medical office building is the first in South Carolina to be awarded LEED Silver Certification due to its sustainable and energy-efficient design. Strategically selected for its ability to enhance the permeation of natural light, Sightline Commercial Solutions’ Southpark railing with clear glass infill is featured throughout the building’s two-story atrium and monumental winding staircase. The circular overlook required bent glass, as well as one section of bent plexiglass at the top of the stairs. A custom-profile wood top cap provides a warm and welcoming finishing touch.
