Charlotte’s hottest new building is actually one of its oldest. Formerly known as the AT&T Plaza building, 300 South Brevard is a reflection of the “new” Charlotte – hip, modern and happening. As part of a $15 million renovation, the building was thoroughly updated to attract businesses with young workers, as it is conveniently located directly next to the city’s light rail system and just minutes from several bustling neighborhoods. Sightline Commercial Solutions’ Point Series and Track Rail transformed the previously dark and dated interior into a space that’s light, bright and appealing.
